ICE Malta participates in this year’s FHRD Conference.
For the forth consecutive year, ICE Malta will be participating in the highly awaited annual FHRD Conference dedicated to HR Business Leaders and Professionals. This year’s selected theme is ‘Performance Management, Igniting Success’.

During the last academic years, ICE Malta’s Corporate Training Division has delivered custom designed training for the majority of local and international companies based in the Maltese islands. The FHRD Conference is an opportunity for the team to touch base with HR Managers and set an appointment to discuss learning objectives which have been set for 2017.

In the case of corporate training, we’ve taken it a step further and have launched ‘MEET’ which incorporates our four stages leading to successful training delivery including an initial meeting to discuss clients’ training goals and objectives, an evaluation of employee skill-set, designing of tailored curriculum, coordination of training schedules and finally the delivery of training.
