I have exciting news. I have confirmed details of ICE Malta's upcoming part time & full time timetables starting in the coming weeks. The institute is one of the island's most recognised and established educational institutes in the Maltese islands and one of the few focused entirely on ICT.

I am requesting your approval for me to enrol for the xxx course as I strongly believe that their xx training is 
very relevant to my job description and will improve my work performance
will get me up to speed with the latest worldwide recognised certifications
will give me access to spend face time with leading educators who will also be a reference point even after the course is complete, 
will give me the necessary tools, hands on experience on the latest technologies and knowledge to be able to bring forward recommendations and suggestions to ensure continuous business growth, best practices to make our firm more productive, profitable and competitive.

Dedicated time to focus on education and developing my expertise, minus distractions, will be of great personal satisfaction and will help us build a more realistic and cost effective short and long term technology plan for our company.

I realise that this is a significant funding request and I would be happy to write a post-course report detailing what I've learnt and a schedule detailing how to best implement recommendations.
