    The Terms & Conditions herein are deemed to have been read, understood and agreed once the course booking has been processed. The terms and conditions are binding once the booking form has been signed and submitted.

    Fees
    Prospective students registered as 'High Priority Students' will pay a €50 fee which will be deducted from their final balance. Prospective students will be informed with all relative course details when these are launched and will be given 7 days to process their enrollment and guarantee their place in the upcoming class. If prospective students do not process their enrolment within 7 days they are entitled to receive back their €50 fee excluding any payment fees incurred by the Institute, but their place in the requested class will not be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If dates scheduled are not ideal for prospective students a full refund excluding any payment fees incurred by the Institute will be processed.

    Law and Jurisdication
    These terms and conditions will be governed by and are construed in accordance with Maltese law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
