Responsibilities. 🔥
- Handle inbound and outbound phone conversations and track all customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Send outbound emails with information on ICE Malta’s courses, workshops and events.
- Proactively share accurate sales forecasts & information with your team lead.
- Identify & execute strategic sales opportunities.
- Look for opportunities to improve our user acquisition processes and be more effective.
- Work with marketing, academic, operations and technology teams to drive business growth.
- Put your great communications skills to work during inbound and outbound conversations on different channels.
- Make customer satisfaction your priority, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.

- Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
