  • Handle inbound and outbound phone conversations and track all customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Send outbound emails with information on ICE Malta’s courses, workshops and events.
  • Proactively share accurate sales forecasts & information with your team lead.
  • Identify & execute strategic sales opportunities.
  • Look for opportunities to improve our user acquisition processes and be more effective.
  • Work with marketing, academic, operations and technology teams to drive business growth.
  • Put your great communications skills to work during inbound and outbound conversations on different channels.
  • Make customer satisfaction your priority, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.
  • Motivation driven by KPIs — you’re a go-getter for results.
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and fun personality.
  • Experience in the learning industry is a plus.
