Responsibilities.
- You will own the phone – using it to engage & consult customers from a database of leads.
- You will listen to customer’s goals, build trusted relationships & educate on our learning solutions.
- Track all customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Send emails with information on ICE Malta’s courses, workshops and events.
- Proactively share accurate sales forecasts & information with your team lead.
- Identify & execute strategic sales opportunities.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and be more effective.
- Work with marketing, academic, operations and technology teams to drive business growth.
- Make customer satisfaction your priority, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.

- Outstanding communication skills & ability to influence others internally and externally
- Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account Management is a plus. ZERO-experience is fine, too.
