Sales Executive Open
Part of ICE Malta’s Admissions Team

Description

If you’re dynamic, driven, motivated and have a flair for sales and a passion for education, being part of the ICE Malta Admissions Team will really not feel like you’re going to work at all. Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiative to sell ICE Malta Study Programmes to Students through various communication channels including Phone, Email, Social Media and Meetings.
  • Manage student relationships through all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Nurture all types of leads from the Institute’s CRM into qualified sales opportunities and maintain student records.
  • Provide prospective students with knowledge to support them in their decision making process and help them choose the correct study programme that matches their career aspirations.
  • Educate the market on ICE Malta Study Programmes through Meetings, Briefing Sessions, Presentations, Events and Social Media.
  • Attend industry events, speak on panels, clearly articulate the vision for ICE Malta in the education industry, and uphold the excellence of ICE Malta in public forums.
  • Proactively communicate accurate sales forecasts and relevant information to management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Academic, Operations and Admissions Teams to improve processes and ensure proper technical integration.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve the Institute’s user acquisition process and methodology.
  • Strive for analytical excellence to maximize return and increase efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of progressive personal development.

Proficiency in both the Maltese and English language is required.

Corporate Sales Executive Open
Part of ICE Malta’s Admissions Team

Description

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving sales opportunities with prospective customers as well as expanding business within existing accounts. You will work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies so that they can develop powerful new products and services on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiative to sell ICE Malta study programmes to companies through various communication channels including calls, email, social media, meetings and networking in a fashion that drives ROI for our customers and their employees.
  • Prospect and identify key executives/decision makers at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, long-lasting relationship  – make ICE Malta the favored ICT learning partner.
  • Manage all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Nurture all types of leads from the institute’s CRM into qualified sales opportunities and maintain corporate records.
  • Educate the market on ICE Malta study programmes through meetings, briefing sessions, presentations, events and social media. Attend industry events, speak on panels, clearly articulate the vision for ICE Malta in the education industry and uphold the excellence of ICE Malta in public forums.
  • Make every potential client happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.
  • Proactively communicate accurate sales forecasts and relevant information to management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Academic, Finance, Operations and Admissions Teams to improve processes and ensure proper technical integration. Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and partner feedback to cross-functional teams.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve the institute’s user acquisition process and methodology.
  • Strive for analytical excellence to maximize return and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales and/or marketing.
  • Proficiency in both the Maltese and English language.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Foster a culture of progressive personal development.
  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Forward-looking, flexible, creative, self-motivated and proactive.
