ECDL Advanced
Course

ECDL / ICDL Advanced Programmes are high-level certification programmes made up of modules for those who have successfully reached ECDL / ICDL skills levels and wish to further enhance their expertise in any one, or all, of four commonly-used computer application types: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

Each Advanced module has been designed as a stand-alone certification in each respective area and Candidates who successfully complete a module will be certified as Advanced users in that application.

The National Commission for Further and Higher Education deems the ECDL Expert Certificate to be at Level 4 of the Malta Qualifications Framework and of the European Qualifications for Framework for Lifelong Learning. Read More

The ECDL Advanced modules give Candidates the opportunity to become expert in the use of these applications, acquiring skills sets over and above the routine features of the software. This study programme is based on Microsoft Office 2016.

A separate certificate can be requested for every successful completed ECDL Advanced test against a fee (mentioned below), unlike the ECDL Standard where one certificate is issued once a student achieves a pass grade in all seven modules.

Candidates are awarded the ECDL Expert Certificate upon successful completion of all ECDL Advanced modules.

The price stated below does not include the official ECDL Registration Number since we are taking into account that candidates would already have an ECDL Certification; which means that the same Registration Number is used. If not, the price for an official ECDL Registration Number is €42.

This price does not include the official ECDL Advanced Certificate to be awarded once the module is successfully passed.If required, the price for the official ECDL Advanced Certificate is €15. If the student opts for all the ECDL Advanced Modules, the ECDL Expert Certificate will be awarded for free.
