Why have digital marketing skills become essential?
The COVID-19 pandemic reminded everyone that digital marketing is at the heart of all businesses, no matter the industry. Talent working in marketing needs to be equipped with digital marketing skills to take brands to the next level while individuals not working in the marketing arena should understand how they are being influenced and targeted as consumers. Digital marketing skills have become fundamental because this is how we communicate.
What did you like the most about online live learning?
Online Live learning is really comfortable. First of all, you eliminate the stress of traffic and parking. You can switch on and join your lesson from absolutely anywhere so the chances of arriving late are minimal. This is a great way to learn in particular for individuals who work and have very busy schedules – like nurses!
What is your message to talent who want to make a career change? What should they do?
Don’t think too much, instead take action. Move out from your comfort zone, identify what makes you happy and explore which courses are aligned with your greatest goals. You can take charge of your career if you take the first step.
