What did you love most about the ICE Malta Study Experience?

The learning experience was very fun, dynamic and full of practical hands-on learning. We were mentored by industry practitioners who shared loads of valuable industry insight, tips and techniques which I immediately put to the test plus I achieved an EQF 5 worldwide recognised certification. It was truly an enjoyable experience.

How did the course compliment your FreeHour success?

FreeHour is the go-to-app for students, more than 15,500 individuals who have downloaded the app to date. One of the challenges was that it exploded into an overnight business success which was not only rewarding yet also overwhelming. I wanted to make sure that I could personally lead my brand to the next step and I can easily say that the five day bootcamp was the perfect solution as it gave me the opportunity to get a 360° view of the digital landscape in selling.

You’re one of Malta’s youngest up and coming entrepreneurs – can you share some of your latest successes and nominations?

We have been nominated in the category ‘App of the Year’ in this year’s edition of the MCA eBusiness Awards and we’ve celebrated a record amount of downloads 15,000 (12,000 in the last four months) which means that half of Malta’s student population uses FreeHour. We’re also very proud to have rolled out our collection of advertising packages and we are working with some great local brands.

And finally, share a motivational message.

Investing in ones knowledge, learning journey and personal growth is essential to truly become successful. When building a brand in such a fast paced landscape, it’s essential to keep up-to-date with the fast changing world of digital. Investing in digital has proven to be a game changer for FreeHour.
