Meet the ICE Malta team at the Microsoft ICT Career Day
The ICE Malta team have confirmed their participation in the ‘Career ICT Day by Microsoft’ this Friday 5th July 2013. During the event, the ICE Malta team will be meeting students interested in considering a career in ICT and giving details about worldwide recognized certifications, the designing of a study path according to an individuals career plans, the Get Qualified scheme entitling students to an 80% of their course fees back while the team will be sharing details about ICE Malta’s unique study journey including hands on practical experience, an online student area, invitations to take part in local and international competitions as well incentives to ensure that students benefit from funding, internships and interviews following successful completion of their course.
‘While the Summer Semester is of course the most intensive as we welcome hundreds of students for morning, afternoon and evening courses, we are presently finalizing our timetable for the September 2013 Semester which will include more certifications and a number of unique opportunities specifically designed for our students’ chosen career paths. We are more than pleased to participate in Microsoft’s Career Day and are looking forward to meeting many new students to discuss their career aspirations and design their career path.’ Nikolai Sammut, director of ICE Malta explained
Individuals interested in embarking on a career in ICT, University students together with females aged 16+ are invited to attend this special day. During the event the ICE Malta team will announce the winner of the ‘Tech needs Girls’ competition which was part of Malta’s national Girls in ICT celebrations hosted by ICE Malta.
