Malta’s Cisco NetRiders 2015 National Championships – Round 1.
A record amount of local talent will be participating in this year’s edition of the prestigious Cisco NetRiders 2015 competition today, Thursday 23rd April 2015 between 2.00PM and 7.00PM at the selected host institute ICE Malta.
‘We are certain that our ICE Malta students together with the 2 students representing another educational entity in the Maltese islands have invested time and effort to prepare for this competition. The top 5 students representing each academy who achieve a minimum of 60% will qualify for Round 2 which will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2015′ – Geoffrey Caruana, ICE Malta’s General Manager explained
In the past two edition ICE Malta students have not only won the national championships but achieved prestigious results in the international finals. Ryan Chetcuti, winner of the 2013 edition placed first in Europe and fourth in the world while last year’s national champion Christopher Demicoli placed second in Europe. This year Malta’s national champions will participate in the international finals while the student who achieves the highest scores will win prize sponsored by Logicom Distribution, authorised distributors for Cisco in Malta
