Just days before the start of the February 2014 Semester, the ICE Malta management team has announced that the institute’s students have achieved the highest academic Cisco results in the Maltese islands.

‘The results speak for themselves – the margins are notable. Together with our educators we have focused tremendously on our Cisco study paths and are very satisfied with the results achieved. Last year’s international success during the global Cisco NetRiders 2013 competition where ICE Malta student Ryan Chetcuti’s placed first in Europe and forth in the world (competing against 10,000 students), was surely a milestone not just for Ryan and the institute but for our islands. It’s also fantastic to be recognised for academic success and we are committed to ensuring that our students continue to enjoy a unique study experience which will position them as star candidates in various respective ICT fields. In conclusion, as educators face the constant challenge of bridging academic learning and real world practice, ICE Malta continues to encourage pedagogical innovation with the immense investments in technology being a key enabler in enhancing students learning experience and which surely contributes to a substantial amount of the institute’s Cisco success’ Nikolai Sammut, ICE Malta director commented.

Cisco study paths starting from the introductory IT Essentials (PC Technician) course to CCNA Networking Routing & Switching leading to CCNP are part of the ICE Malta February 2014 Semester timetable.
