ICE Malta at this year’s FHRD Conference
For the second consecutive year, the ICE Malta Corporate Training Division will be sponsoring this year’s edition of the FHRD Conference, an annual event designed for HR Managers for local and international companies based in the Maltese islands. The selected theme for this year is ‘Talent Retention: Turnover into Tenure’
ICE Malta’s Corporate Training division is unique as it gives companies the opportunity to custom design worldwide recognised training for their staff. ‘Together with our educational partners Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, Microsoft, LPI and The Digital Marketing Institute ICE Malta delivers part time, full time and custom designed training for some of the island’s local and prestigious brand names. Furthermore the institute has launched a number of innovative pre assessment features to ensure that the proposed training is effective and will make employees more efficient at their work place.
