Cisco CCNA Course – Get Qualified Scheme
We are proud to inform you that The Institute of Computer Education has been approved by Malta Enterprise to provide Cisco CCNA students the ability to apply for the Get Qualified Scheme.
About the Scheme
Get Qualified is an initiative that supports the personal development of individuals for the achievement of qualifications and certifications required by industry. The scope of this incentive is to support the personal development of individuals who aim to achieve qualifications and certifications required by industry. On successful completion the student will benefit from a tax credit hence recovering part (80%) of the costs incurred.
Application Process & Approval
When a student applies for the CCNA Exploration Course at ICE, he/she will be required to fill in the Malta Enterprise application form for tax credits. ICE will then take care of the enrolment process. Once the application form is determined eligible, Malta Enterprise will issue an Incentive Entitlement Certificate stipulating the value tax credit applicable. After the course is complete and the certificate is awarded, students will need to send a copy of the certificate to Malta Enterprise. The student will start paying reduced tax, such that the eligible amount is covered by tax deductions.
Please note that students who are sponsored by their employer to attend this course are not eligible for this scheme.
