We’re looking for a motivated, passionate and results-oriented marketer who can grow our footprint and market share by increasing brand awareness and drive lead growth. You’ll do this by leading a small motivated team, owning the strategy, execution, tracking and optimization of all marketing activity, including advertising campaigns & lifecycle marketing.

  • Lead a small collaborative team of specialists, responsible for driving efficient qualified lead growth.
  • Design, execute and optimize ROI-positive campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified leads for sales.
  • Initiate, measure, and scale our demand-generation strategies which increase our footprint within the market.
  • Exploit data to identify insights to improve performance, and inform new campaigns.
  • Source, interview and build inspirational alumni stories for sponsored content, profiles and testimonials.
  • Build, maintain and improve our demand capture strategies.
  • Own Marketing’s budget, optimise creatives, copy, bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Build and maintain performance reports for all channels.
  • Research and monitor key competitors’ advertising strategies.
  • Inspire, build & engage our community.
  • Source and execute dynamic, industry-leading events and lead-generation sessions.
  • Build a new “Attract & Convert” Tribe to connect all internal team leads with Marketing.
  • Develop a playbook for launches of new courses and a budget for our launch campaigns.
  • Lead by example and know how to nurture a successful, motivated, and happy team.
  • Be a brand advocate.
  • Experience in marketing roles, with 3+ years in digital demand generation, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Expert-level user of digital marketing toolset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. An appreciation for the small detail.
  • Operational efficiency, with a clear understanding of demand generation metrics, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, and conversion rates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypotheses and continually improve results.
  • Proactive communicator, able to comfortably communicate plans within the organization.
  • Collaborative work style, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
