We’re looking for a special someone who is an empathic writer, a strategic thinker and a thoughtful communicator to champion our brand’s words and voice. The selected talent will lead and evolve our brand language while being a core member of our strategy team. You’ll bring stories to life, define the “what”, “how”, and “why” of our communication style, and put it into action across all channels—from compelling stories to newsletters, marketing campaigns, PR, and beyond.

  • Write for a wide array of brand needs, from email campaigns to video stories, PowerPoint decks, and PRs.
  • Generate & deliver tangible, impactful ideas in various forms including email, video stories, visual design concepts and paid media copy.
  • Interview alumni and corporate partners to create powerful student stories, industry endorsements and case studies.
  • Build community and connections by co-hosting live webinars and online events.
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure our brand message is strong across all channels.
  • Be a product expert, understanding how our solutions address the pain points of B2C and B2B audience, and use this knowledge to create targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Optimise existing website content for increased exposure and engagement.
  • Inspire, build & maintain a following: attract and nurture leads.
  • Develop and pitch ideas to selected stakeholders.
  • Bring joy to our team and our customers, elevate our game, and drive great, inspiring work.
  • Communicate regularly on status, timeline, performance and competitive intelligence analysis with the Brand Team.
  • Work with brand, sales, academic, operations and technology teams to drive growth for the business.
  • Extraordinary writing and visual story-telling skills.
  • Experience in a creative, strategic or communications capacity at an agency, brand or platform.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An appreciation for the small detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills. A persuasive, trusted voice in meetings.
