Responsibilities. 🔥
- Serve as a brand ambassador, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
- Create new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Build tailored value-driven solutions for prospective clients based on their unique needs.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field to be more effective.
- Proactively share accurate sales forecasts and information with your team lead.
- Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals.
- Work with individuals and teams across ICE Malta to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Make customer satisfaction your priority, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.
Experience & Mindset. ✅
- We need a hunter, not a farmer – the success will depend on you.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Minimum 8+ years living in Malta with a strong local network & industry know-how.
- Proven track record of performance.
- Competitive, energetic and fun personality.
- Willingness to proactively network locally & abroad (to events/exhibitions and other networking opportunities).
- Ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way.
- Excellent research skills to develop in depth knowledge of your prospect’s/customer’s business to grow sales.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Efficiently manage duties using structured and organized methods with little supervision.
