Malta’s Cisco NetRiders 2016 National Championships – Round 1

ICE Malta, the selected host institute for the annual Cisco NetRiders 2016 competition will be welcoming this year’s local talent today for Round 1 of the prestigious international championships. Each year students from all accredited Cisco academies are encouraged to participate and represent their school. This year only ICE Malta CCNA Routing & Switching students registered for the competition and are ready to take the challenge. ICE Malta is the only local academy with students representing them in the global championships.

The Cisco NetRiders competition has now become part of our annual calendar. Over the last three years, thanks to the ICE Malta Study Experience and our talented students, Malta has achieved incredible results and has positioned itself as one of the main country’s to look out for, achieving outstanding results year after year. Cisco NetRiders has proven to be a door opener for dream career opportunities all over the globe, we’ve proven that our talent has the skills, knowledge and determination to win and score high profile jobs – so it’s always an exciting time for the ICE Malta team because each year we try and beat our own success. – Nikolai Sammut, ICE Malta Co-Founder.

Students competing in today’s first round will sit for two 60 minute exams. Participants who achieve 60% or more in both sessions will then move on to Round 2. Results will be announced on ICE Malta’s social media channels and on the dedicated Cisco NetRiders Page.
